Department of Ports and Customs Ajman (DPC) welcomed a delegation from the General Directorate of Identity and Citizenship, in a visit aimed at learning about the best practices adopted at the Customer Happiness Center and exploring mechanisms for enhancing the quality of services provided to customers.

The delegation was headed by Mr. Rashid Ali Rashid Al Nuaimi, Deputy Director of the Identity and Passports Department, and included Ms. Ahood Mohammed Khamis Al Suwaidi, Director of the Ajman Customer Happiness Center; Ms. Wafiya Ali Al Yasi, Head of the Nationality and Personal Status Section; Ms. Buthaina Saeed Al Hosani, Head of the Support Services Section; Mr. Abdulrahman Saif Al Hajri, Director of the Strategy and Service Excellence Branch; and Ms. Aisha Hassan Al Raisi, Executive Administrator.

The delegation was welcomed by Ms. Muna Hassan Al Amiri, Director of Business Development; Mr. Rashid Saeed Al Durai, Head of Customer and Partner Relations; and Ms. Aisha Jasim Jaber, Head of Human Resources, together with employees from different organizational units of DPC.

During the visit, the delegation was briefed on best practices in customer journey design and the mechanisms used to measure customer satisfaction, underscoring the DPC’s commitment to delivering exceptional services that are efficient, effective, and aligned with customer expectations.

The program included a tour of the Center to observe its workflow and service delivery processes, as well as a presentation on the modern technologies implemented to improve customer experience and maintain high-quality services.

The visit concluded with an interactive discussion in which ideas and insights were exchanged on innovative approaches to developing government services and reducing bureaucracy, in line with Ajman Vision 2030.
