Customer Forum 2026 Brings the Department and Customers Together to Enhance Communication and Develop Services

The Department of Ports and Customs organized the Customer Forum 2026, with broad participation from customers and representatives of companies and organizations operating in the commercial, logistics, and maritime sectors. The forum was held as part of the Department’s commitment to strengthening direct communication with customers and engaging them in the development of services and the enhancement of their overall experience.

The forum showcased the Department’s key achievements and development initiatives aimed at improving services and simplifying procedures.

In his speech during the forum, H.E. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Nuaimi, Director General of the Department of Ports and Customs , emphasized that customers are at the heart of the Department’s priorities and are key partners in its development journey. He noted that the achievements accomplished were the result of continuously listening to customers’ feedback and transforming their suggestions and observations into tangible development initiatives and projects.

The forum also included an interactive session to discuss customers’ opinions and suggestions regarding service improvement. The event concluded with the recognition of a number of customers in appreciation of their active partnership and continued support for the Department’s development efforts.
