His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Department of Ports and Customs, honoured the winners of the Chairman’s Award for the Best Employee in Customer Happiness for the First Quarter of 2026, in recognition of their outstanding efforts in serving customers and their commitment to delivering an exceptional experience that reflects the Department’s values and its efforts to promote a culture of happiness and institutional excellence.

Mrs. Aisha Al Muhairi secured first place, Mr. Abdullah Al Nuaimi came in second place, and Mr. Abdulaziz Al Raisi achieved third place.

The recognition also included Ms. Zainab Al Ali and Mr. Mohammed Sameer, in appreciation of their outstanding efforts and valuable contributions to enhancing customer happiness and improving the quality of services provided.

His Excellency the Chairman emphasised that this recognition reflects the Department’s commitment to acknowledging distinguished talent and encouraging employees to embrace creativity and initiative. He also commended the efforts of all employees and their role in achieving the Department’s objectives and strengthening customer trust.
