We are working to make our website and digital services widely accessible and available to everyone, including people with disabilities, whether physical or cognitive. We designed this portal with enhanced and advanced features, including the latest accessibility tools to improve the browsing experience and access to information, ensuring that everyone has an easy and beneficial experience. Below are some of the features available on the portal that facilitate understanding, browsing, and participation.

This involves the design of the website, defining its overall appearance and impression to facilitate the browsing process and access to the required information and services.

Device Compatibility

The design of this portal is compatible with all electronic devices of various sizes, such as smartphones, tablets, desktop computers, and televisions.

Accessibility Tools

Many browsing options are available in over 30 different languages.

Screen Magnification

If you have difficulty reading text or viewing images, you can use the “Magnifier” feature available in the accessibility tools.

Text Size Adjustment

If you find it difficult to read text on the screen, you can enlarge or reduce the font size using the “Text Magnifier” feature in the accessibility tools. You can also enlarge the font size by pressing Ctrl and +, and reduce it by pressing Ctrl and -. To reset the font size to its normal state, press Ctrl and 0.

Color Adjustment

If you have difficulty reading text against a specific background color, you can easily change the colors using the “Color Adjustment” feature in the accessibility tools.

Ease of Navigation

If you find it difficult to navigate the site, you can use six features easily through the “Voice Modification and Navigation” option in the accessibility tools.

Keyboard Navigation

You can browse the portal using the keyboard by pressing the Tab and Shift keys, then Enter.

Text-to-Speech Functionality

You can listen to the written content on the website easily using the “Text Reader” feature in the accessibility tools. You can select the desired text and then click on the microphone icon that appears on the text to read it. You can also adjust the reading speed and control the volume using the settings button available in the program.

Scroll to Top Button

You can use the scroll-to-top button to go to the top of the page.

Here are some new tools on the portal, powered by artificial intelligence technology to enhance accessibility for individuals with disabilities to access information and services:

2. Voice Modification and Navigation:

  • Screen Reader Adjustment (makes the site compatible for screen reader users)
  • Keyboard Navigation (enabling users to navigate by keyboard without using the mouse)
  • Mouse Grid (Enables voice and keypress navigation by dividing the screen into numbered section)
  • Smart Navigation (enables users to navigate the site using numeric keys)
  • Text Reader (reading the site’s text aloud in supported browsers)
  • Voice Commands (executing commands with a microphone in supported browsers)

3. Color Adjustment:

  • Custom Color (Change the sites colors – backgrounds, headings, content, reset colors)
  • Monochrome (convert black and white colors)
  • Dark high Contrast (changes the sites background to black with bright fonts)
  • Light high Contrast (changes the sites background to white with dark fonts)
  • Text Reader (reading the site’s text aloud in supported browsers)
  • Voice Commands (executing commands with a microphone in supported browsers)

4. Content Modification:

  • Text Adjustment (increase or decrease font size) (font size, line spacing, word spacing, letter spacing)
  • Cursor: (enlarge the cursor and change its color – white and black)
  • Blinks Blocking (stops blinking and flashing of moving elements)
  • Magnifier (zooms the screen display)
  • Readable Font (converts the sites fonts to Sans-serif and readable fonts)
  • Image Descriptions (displays image descriptions in a floating window)
  • Highlight Links (highlights the site links)
  • Highlight Headings (highlights the site headings)
  • Enlarged Buttons (enlarges buttons to meet with WCAG accessibility regulations)
  • Reading Mode (displays sites contents in a new window clearly and readable)
  • Text Magnifier (increases the content chosen by the cursor, shown in a tooltip)
  • Page Structure (Generate a list of page landmarks, headers, and links)
  • Mute Media (mutes all sounds and vocal elements)
  • Virtual Keyboard (Enables users to type contents using the mouse)
